He called asking for someone that use this number as a work of place. He asked to speak to HR.

Scare tactics were used. They want money they say theyl find you (Debt collector) reported by Nuisance Call....
I tried to ask simple questions why should I provide payment to a place I had never heard of before? I had not received any previous invoice or phone calls? They say its against their policy to provide you with an invoice beforehand. They don't like you to ask any questions but quickly begin to threaten you that they will find you at your job and you will be served in court. Its completely bogus, they say a suit is filed against you with the charge of borrowing money with intent to not pay back....? Tried to see about a payment plan but they wanted 60 percent right off the bat or no deal at all. Its just weird, and super horrible demeanor.
