called back from a safe phone and the rep refused to tell me what business they engage in with my name. I hung up and Googled only find out they are a fraudulent medical debt collector. I have no medical debt.

There was a woman with broken English saying she was with Credit Systems International. She had the correct name of my doctor's office, and was telling me I owed a past due debt and wanted me to set up payments. I knew I had not been turned over to collections and did not owe anything, so I told her that I would be contacting the doctor she claimed she was calling for and the call ended.

SCAM CALLING!!! they have called me hundreds of times saying they are Baylor Scott collections, and supposedly I have a debt of a medical bill, I discovered that they steal medical data and old real bills, They had all of my daughter's personal information, but they didn't know that medical bill had been paid by her insurance. The calls ended when I told them I would put them on a conference call with the billing department at Baylor Scott. Be careful, they are very organized scammers, they have a website, and everything you need to make you believe they are real.
