I assume it was a scam, but selected "neutral" as I have not confirmed it.

Denise at Grand Vacations (business not found anywhere) at a fake address of 4721 N. Melrose Ave. Ventura, California 07625 ...all fake. She claims business owner is William Jackson...good luck finding him. I've been on the do-not-call list for YEARS.

This caller is one of those 'new' robo callers who are the real recordings of people. I didn't answer cause I don't answer any calls from numbers I don't recognize. Left a lengthy voicemail (probably their entire spill if I would have answered) about a free vacation I had won to Florida. Obviously a scam, I blocked the number to avoid being annoyed.
