I have been getting several calls a day. They immediately give you their name and employee number, which Chase does not do and they tell you to call a different number (866-252-5777 Which is not Chase number) than the one they called from. It isn't Chase and I haven't had my Chase credit card in eight years. t

I answered and they (female voice) asked for a persons name. I asked who they were and they wouldn’t tell me. Said they have a personal matter with *persons name* I said if they cannot tell me who they’re with and why they’re calling I can’t help them. I just hung up bc they had long pauses and we’re determined to get me to say that I’m that person. It was weird and very forced. Block this number if it shows up it has to be a scam.

I don't answer and they never leave a message. Based on the posts, i don't have a Chase credit card but i do have auto financing thru Chase. However, my account has always been current.

I have been receiving multiple missed calls from this number and I had dialed this number with a different phone number and a lady answered claiming that it is Chase with her employee number and then asking me right away for my account number. I then asked her who they were and if they were really Chase Bank and all of her answers were very sketchy. She would answer after a long pause stating that they are and that if I don't believe it then I can call the number on the back of the card. I've called Chase reps many times before and this is not the way they speak. And then at the end I said I'm going to hang up now because it is a scam and she yells "BYE-EEE"

Answered when they were calling from a New York number and they said they were Chase Card Services and asked about a card I once had that has since been closed. Told them they had the wrong info. This is the 4th number they have called me from.

This is a call about a credit card that I stopped paying for almost two years ago. I'm actually not 100% sure if it's a debt collector or Chase bank, but the person on the other end answered the phone in a very professional manner, gave me their employee ID number (which I remember chase doing), and told me that they were calling about a chase credit card. They originally called my real phone and left a message. I called back from a new number not in my name and told them that I must have dialed the wrong number. I'm surprised that they'd call me since I stopped paying on that card at least two years ago after going through a financial bind.
