Called and asked for our maintenance guy's name, I told her I didn't know since we share a building with another company, they're in charge of it. She then asked for their contact number, I told her I would take her number down and give it to them. She said she didn't have a call back number since she was in the "warehouse", she then said she would just call back.

Called and asked for our VP by name. I asked if I could tell him who's calling. She said, "Yeah, it's Amber." I said, "and you are with...?" She said, "It's Amber -- the lighting girl." I told our VP and he said he didn't know her. I went back to the call and told her that I needed the name of her company. She said, "Commercial Lighting." I put her back on hold and after getting instructions from our VP to take a message, she had hung up.

I have never had any of their services, but this company just lied to try and speak with our maintenance manager. Didn't get his name, but one of their service reps just called our place of business and asked if I could help him out. I said that I would try. He asked for the name of the maintenance manager and I told him. He acted like he knew who he needed to speak with and said, "ya, that's the guy." "I need to speak with him regarding the lights." I said that he was currently in a meeting. Then he said that he had our maintenance manager's cell phone number, but left it in the truck and wanted me to give it to him. I know for a fact that our maintenance manager has NEVER given this company his cell phone number for two reasons 1) We are in a contract with another LOCAL company 2) I have never heard of this company and being the Office Manager, I know every repairman that walks through the doors. So this sales rep from CLC lied to try and get through to our maintenance manager on his cell phone. I get that you want to get business, but lying to a company to try and get a foot in the door is despicable. I wouldn't trust this company!!!

Woman calls " Hi it's Tracy I am calling speak with person in charge of maintenance, what was his name?" I informed the woman we do not have any maintenance personal and asked if she would like to leave a message and maybe I can find someone to help her, "Tracy" immediately hung up.
