A woman will come on when you say hello and actually at first sounds like a recorded message, but then she'll ask you if you hear her ok. If you ask her if she's a robot, she automatically hangs up! If you call her back the first thing you'll hear is "press one if you live in california, press two if you don't live in california." Push any of the options she'll say thank you for calling customer service (she doesn't say the company) please select from the following options including to know how to enter your call into the do not call registry. Press one to speak with a agent, or press (five I think) to be placed on our do not call list! Press 1 she automatically results to telling you that all agents are unavailable. I actually have used call assistant on her to screen the call and she's the same thing to the robot on my end taking the call. I immediately mark her as spam after that! But don't be deceived, they change their numbers constantly!

thank you for the incredible details. much appreciated. sometimes my Verizon spam filter will block them. a lot of times they use a VolP computer number & can't be tracked by government.
