Recorded voce said "Hello, this is Sandra hale." I responded "What is your authorization number?" It hung up. I require all callers without proper caller ID to have an authorization number which must be requested in writing in advance granting them permission to call me. They are never smart enough to know how to handle that.

If you received a call from this number, we should contact you within the next day. If you believe you received this call by error, please press 1 to be put on our do not call list."
