Collection agent. They don't care that the number is incorrect. Calls for someone else saying, "This is a collection such and such for [person name]. If you are not [person name], please hang up," but then they keep calling. When I pressed 0 for operator to tell them about the mix-up, the person simply hung up. When I called the number back, their automatic call routing let them know what number I was calling from so that they asked for the same person, yet again. When I said that that person isn't at this number, they simply hung up on me. Four times I called the person on the other end simply hung up as I explained the issue. Finally, someone said they would remove the number from their list, but I doubt it will work as expected.
