Total Scam
It is a total scam, they are spoofing an innocent home phone number. The biggest tragedy is how this has adversely affected Colin Miller's TV watching. He has to get up every minute to answer a call-back. On a positive note, he is loosing the weight he put on after his first child.

"You have reached the legitimate owner of 813.264.9468. The call you received was not from us. The caller id was spoofed. We are trying to fix the problem.
