This number 805-637-7243 with caller ID as "New Voice Mail" in which the owner of this number registered in INTENDED to lure everyone he/she called to call back since they all see on their cellphone as New Voice Mail. Once called back, you will hear either recorded advertises, Insurance claims ... But the main thing is they captured your number that called back and marked it as "active". They can either sent you more advertises, or resale your number to other scammers
