As per one of the other descriptions here this sounds like the same people who got me to call them using a fake number in a PayPal email. They said someone was trying to charge my account $500. When I called them they said they needed to access my computer to give them info to stop this. I was really tired and the email from PayPal was legit but not their message on it. Unfortunately I did give them my info but stopped when they wanted me to log into my bank account while they watched. And they did have a heavy East Indian accent as the other person mentioned. They did steal my identity though and apply for a credit card from PayPal which was rejected. I reported this to PayPal and my bank.

Very difficult to understand. East Indian accent. Very pushy, gave me a code (WRVD56), and I believe they were going to ask me to go onto my computer and they would guide me through the update. I asked for a number to call them back and was given 805-244-6264. When he insisted I go onto my computer, I hung up. They called back and asked why I hung up. I finally told them not to call again and hung up again.
