Said he was from Health Right and wanted information off my Insurance card; my RX bin number so they could help me get non narcotic medicines free or with a copay for pain relieve. I don't like giving information on phone or email. They also said I filled out a form on the internet for chronic pain relieve, which I don't remember doing, but he knew my name, address and email address. I asked if he could send documentation through the mail and he told me he could through my email and they don't usually send anything through the mail, just email. He said he was with a nursing unit that helps people get medications through my insurance bin number from another company, he wanted verification of my birthdate, but I did not verify and told him I would have him call after I talk to my husband and to call back later.
