Caller threatened lawsuit on behalf of a bank (Scam call) reported by


Caller threatened lawsuit re bank. Called bank, no such suit exists. Caller continued to attempt to talk over me. Advised him I have cancer, there is no lawsuit, there have been no attempts to serve me by certified mail (which has claimed), and told him my income was untouchable as it is all disability. Caller attempted to get personal information and lied about false lawsuit. Beware of scam. Do NOT give these people any info. They will try to steal your money. They are also violating the FDCPA by threatening to sue when they cannot sue in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Report all of these calls to the Office of the State Inspector General.

These people just tried to call me they left a voicemail with my name and who to advise to call when I called them back and spoke to them they tried to tell me they were going to file a lawsuit take me to court and they were going to establish my vehicles away for me along with land or property it has to do with mediation payday loan services and I’ve never even taken a loan out in my name ever and they’ve never tried to attempt to serve me by certified mail as which they claimed. Everybody watch out they will try to steal your money and say whatever they can to get any of your information and I’m going to look up the office of the state inspector general to report this phone call!!
