Vm using my name said it was the second attempt to try to contact me left a 704 number for me to call I did kept getting put on hold! I called the 804 number back he said it was sent and I was gonna be served to go to court if I didn’t pay I asked him to call my husband Bc I was at work .... I told me husband it was past statue of limitations and this wasn’t even on my credit report not to pay... my husband doesn’t listen made a payment of 114 and the guy said it would be monthly and wild send edocu information he never did ... we canceled my husbands card and I knew it was a scam bc they can’t talk to my husband or collect payment from him for my debt that is 7 years old

said i needed to call them regarding a complaint against me. (Scam call) reported by Mary Ann
If I did not call them there would be serious action taken against me. I don't have any complaints. Seems like a scam to me. They used my real name in the message. Said it was a second documented attempt. Wanted me to call 7045858987. I did not.
