A phone call came from a local number and when I answered, no one said anything on the other end at first but then a man with an accent started asking to speak to me, asked for me and kept asking me who I was. I didn't reply to that but I responded with asking him who he needed to talk to. He then said he was going to proceed with the call and said something about the last 4 digits of my social security #. He then tried to ask me again who I was and I again replied by asking him who was the person he was talking about and where was he calling from? He then hung up the phone.
