An Indian accented man called in, stating himself as ICE staff. He told me I had some mistakes in my alien registration number where I know I have no problem, and also he threatened me, saying failure to cooperate will lead me into custody. He guided me to ice.gov the official website homepage and told me his "name" and "ICE ID#". Then he tried to get some of my personal information regarding I-94. I told him I would like to check him identity before I can give him my personal information, then he hang off instantly.

An Indian accented woman called in, stating herself as ICE staff. Received call around 1:00 pm 6/28. The male sounds like African accent. And he clearly knows my name. Keep addressing me as Mr (my last name ) your A number was incorrect, and that was in violation of US immigration law. You will be arrested if you don’t cooperate. He keeps repeating “ do you know ICE? “ “we are from USCIS “ He asked me to go to ICE.gov website to verify his identity. He first ask me to go to contact us page. But I didn’t catch up with him. So I said “ I have no idea what you’re talking about “. He then sound more anxious and angry. Then I ask him to verify my first name. He said it. Then I ask him to verify my A number. He said “ because your A number is in violation , so we don’t have that information. Mr( my last name ) if you cooperate. You will be arrested in 15 minutes. “ I said” ok. I would like to talk to police about it “ He hanged up.

Acted as a representative from the department of homeland security. She is rude, saying something like I got violation and serious problems on immigration status, which I know I don't have any problem on this. Then, she wants to know my personal info, I hang off the phone. Then, she called again, saying are you hiding from US government. I hang off again. Never called back again. lol

Acted as a representative from department of homeland security. He was very rude and strict. In between he spoke with Indian accent English. I caught him there. Don’t share any personal information on such calls. It’s a spam.
