Hello To whom it may concern. I was under the impression that the late fee on my account would be removed. I've been dealing with this for a while and embarrassed. Every time I go into to gym that loud alarm goes off. Previous week when I spoke to someone there at Paramount, they said if it is a $15 charge. It is from my bank and if it is a twenty five dollars charge, it is a late fee from vasa. After communicating with my bank, I had money in the account on the day of the withdrawal so I don't understand why I have a late fee. We had discussed that it may have been from me purchasing a drink at the gym and them not charging my card that I gave them but charging my account. That's not my mistake. I've been trying to call your office but when you push one for a return call. It never comes. I literally waited 2 hours on the phone with the Paramount billing company. Only to be told there is nothing I can do. It is the same woman and she is very rude.Please e mail me back or call me. All I ask is for you to do the right thing and take off the late fee. It is not my fault that someone else charge my account for a drink. That was supposed to go on my card. I budget. Witch is why todays payment didn't go thru either. I have 6 family members that started working out there. Because I do and I will leave and take them with me if this issue is not resolved.
