Scam call pretending to be Mountain America Credit Union (Scam call) reported by M M
They knew my name, card number, and some other account information and told me I had some fraudulent charges in another state (which they made up). They asked me to verify some account information in order for them to dispute the charges. DO NOT give them any of your information or any codes that you might get texted to you from MACU. They are trying to change your password to log into your account. If you have given any information to them go straight to your local MACU location or call their actual customer service number to have them freeze/cancel all of your cards and change all of your account info.

Caller asked for my credit card information (Scam call) reported by NR Lewis
The caller asked for my credit card information after telling I had two suspicious transactions in Chicago, and that somebody linked my card on Apple Pay. They said they needed my information to cancel the charges and unlink my card from Apple Pay. Mountain America Credit Union does not ask for this information over the phone. My credit card had to be cancelled. Caller beware!
