6th phone call claiming to be from Microsoft Windows. Windows never calls. Microsoft never calls. Having looked up a prior number they used (yes, they change & use various numbers when they call) I traced previous # back to owner of # and was told they were aware of it and they said their # was hacked and traced back to China. That cant be true because each time I get this call it is someone with an Indian accent (from India). The person on the other end of the phone gets arrogant nasty & calls me by first name and has made quite offensive comments. Use EXTREME CAUTION with this caller & report to your phone company & the State Consumer Commission. Phone fraud is a felony.

NO ONE "knows" your computer has a virus and Microsoft DOES NOT call to let you know if you do. If only.

Whitepages listed this as a fake Microsoft Tech support call. After they called and I did not answer they immediately called back with their number showing unknown and the Should I Answer log showing only the digit 1.
