They said they were from Comcast and my internet speed had been decreased..I had a call coming in so I stopped them there..I thought I bet this is a scam so I checked out their phone number and I believe it was a scam..this is the 4th scam call I have received today and it is only 1pm..

once he actually answered me, he said he was calling from Xfinity and my internet is running at a slower speed, asked if we had noticed. said I wasn't at home so I couldn't answer that question. once I hung up on him, I realized I don't have Xfinity right now. just another scam.

Wanted to check my router because they said that I am not getting (Call centre) reported by Channel
Said that they are showing that I am not getting my full internet speed and wanted to run a diagnostic. I told them no and to call back later when my kids were out of class.
