Think about it for a moment, any of you who are stupid enough to answer ANY calls from ANY BANK or CREDIT CARD COMPANY. Why would they need your "permission" or "acknowledgement" to LOWER your credit card interest rate? These SCAMMERS only want to hear ONE THING. What is your credit card number, your name, your address, your CVV number (the little 3 digit number on the back of your card, quite possibly your DOB and your SSN. If you are stupid enough to provide that to ANYONE over the phone then you are too STUPID to own a credit card and you should be locked up in your local LAUGHING ACADEMY.
