I have a mortgage serviced by LoanCare. There are phone numbers at the bottom of some of the paperwork and this number (800-909-9525) is shown as the one for collections.

LoanCare mortgage. But caller ID is The Default Dep (scary (Company) reported by Caroline
caller ID is "The Default Dep" - cut off. Gets the heart going when it's from your mortgage company. Called the company on another number. She said all was fine with my account and that I was $9 in the green! She explained it as an auto call that goes out for no reason sometimes.
