An Indian (India) called asking if I wanted a special offer to lower my rate. I asked what the business name was. He said credit card services and that he could help lower the rate on my Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and discover. Being slightly smarter than the average consumer, I know that not one single company offers all of those brands of cards. So I again asked for the company name and mearly suggested that this sounds like he wants to steal my information. Then he hung up... I guess I was right.

Abusive. When I repeatedly told him to take my number off his list he started name calling and told me he'd clone my number and use it for his future calls. he also didn't care if I reported him to the FCC because he wasnt in the US
