a survey about my mom's health from her health insurance provider she has had dementia for about 10 years and is unable to answer. I have asked them many times to quit calling w survey. They told me to just ignore the call...so in my contacts I labeled them "UPMC Survey IGNORE". My mom passed away last week and they are still calling!

...is about a UPMC health plan, saying they are sending an assessment survey to better assist you with your health needs, they leave a number to call for question 1.844.770.4099 . I called and apparently is OK, they say that Medicare send that survey twice a year and isn't mandatory, so I said thanks and bye bye
