I do not have a FNBO account and there is no reason for this company to contact me. I have had accounts hacked before and do not answer ANY numbers that are not already in my Contacts list. That is the only way that I know how to combat this problem. This activity ramps up during the holiday season and I had one of my accounts hacked on December 26th last year. I learned my lesson the hard way. If you don't know the identity or title of the caller, it would be wise to not answer that phone call.

Turns out that this number is legit. 1-800-877-7408. We called the number on the back of the credit card though, just to be safe. Turns out our card had been hacked. New cards on the way....

Legit. Fraud alert. Someone stole my cc number and put it into a citco app. They were able to stop it and cancel my cards immediately. new cards are issued right away. Very grateful.
