Its ERC debt collector. I dont understand why they cant ever leave a voicemail so I know the reason they are calling, who knows what the acct is they are calling about or who its for.

This is a Debt Collection call from ERT which they say is an "Account's Receivable Company" but they will not disclose any information other than that it is a "Personal Matter". I know that they are by LAW required to tell you that they are attempting to collect a debt from an individual and that they can disclose any information as long as it is NOT an actual account, Social Security and all the common sense stuff. After I told them what state law dictates, they hung up with me.

Debt collector ERC or EVR calling from this number 1-800-875-5164. If, uour in New York Citu they call from area cellphone area code 917-262-5416. Report them to the federal trade commision at there online website. Debt collectors do not have the right to call people for old debts anytime they want. It is illegal.
