Friends ordered flowers for me because I'm recovering from COVID. Those friends contacted me Tuesday to ask if I got the flowers. I had no idea what they were talking about. I was supposed to receive them Monday but they were never delivered. I checked with my neighbors and none of them received them either. The company called me this morning to see how I liked the arrangement. After giving her grief that they were never delivered,she ended the call as fast as she could. No resolution or refund to my friends. They're "investigating" it.

Received an orchid as a Christmas gift from this company Half of the orchid was dead and the other half had 4 blooms on it. I would NEVER NEVER do business with these people. I called to complain and they would not talk to me, instead my daughter who ordered had to call them. Woman spoke broken English and it was most difficult to understand her. The attitude was "you paid your money and you take your chances..." Avoid them like the plague.

The caller said that I was randomly picked to make sure my identity was not being used to make the purchase I had made online and wanted me to verify my mailing address. I told them I DID NOT want to do such a thing and that my address appeared clearly online and that was correct. They said if I did not comply they would cancel my order. Ok I said! I am supposed to see a refund in 24-48 hours. Time will tell whether the flowers were delivered or this was a scam call.
