I called Terminix and because they have "longer than normal hold times," chose to keep my place in line and have them call me back. About 20 minutes later, I got a call from this number and it was clearly some customer service rep who was probably working from home and had dialed my number then forgotten he was on the line. I listened to him sing some nasty lyrics along with whatever he was watching on television while continuously trying to yell to get his attention. Finally, after about 4 minutes, I hung up (which effectively made me lose my place in line). Now I have to call them again and this time am being told it will be about 30 minutes wait time, but I'll just take my chances and hold the line this time. They need to speak to their reps about maintaining professionalism while working from home!
