The caller said they could fix the computer after we received an alert that we had been hacked. Charged us $400 for a three year subscription and we thought they were Microsoft contractor. Got suspicious, but are not sure if they hacked out computer while they were working on it. Very disturbing.

Elderly family paid 245 dollars for virus protection and to “clean” computer. They said they were from Microsoft.

Spent 1 hr on phone with them while they “manipulated “ computer. Told could fix it for $295. I fell for scam. Paid. Immediately called my bank. After 2 weeks and all info, bank refunded me. Then I got an email from this “ company”. Saying to call this number to fix my complaint! SCAM ARTISTS!

Virus alert on screen. Family member clicked on an article sponsored by Liveley. Mistake Installed some.ad block free ware for a small fee. I wasn't home to stop family from being blackmailed.

Telling me my computer is in danger- first set of messages was a recording of someone with British accent, this one has Indian or Pakistani accent.
