TD bank services several accounts. Glad I called the number. I missed a payment and caught it in time to prevent it from reporting me a month behind on this bill. It only asks for the last 4 of your sis to identify you. When the number is very busy with several callers it malfunctions.. No this is not a spammer.seriously

I don't have td bank or Samsung phone. If it was legit collection agency would send you a letter in the mail validating the debt with collection agency phone number. Sounds like a scammer phishing for social security numbers. Should be reported to inspector general of social security impersonating a federal employee. Many of these scams originate here and the money is transfered to India where the government doesn't charge them with fraud.

The guy answered and said he is from collection agency. I owe money plus fine and are you ready to pay. Upon my enquiry he said it is TD bank that I owe. I do have a Samsung account handled by TD Bank. But, no outstanding due. I told him I will call the bank and settle it. He said he will continue to call if I don't pay. I checked online and did not owe any money. I never received any letters from TD bank also. Definitely a scam. I will cancel my Samsung account. I only had this account for four months. Scammers already know my name, phone number and I have an account with TD bank.

This number calls our office often. It's always a silent call. The caller never speaks. If you google this number (800) 806-88xx it brings up a Law Firm Website called Agruss Law Firm. That specific landing page seems more of a bait type website to make the call seem legitimate and that Agruss can help you. I would not trust them or call them or give ANYONE any of your information!

Voice message pretended to be TD Bank, but the number they left does not match the customer service number for TD Bank. Caller ID says it is really "Rooms To Go Furniture". I am not calling them back.

I had a missed call. It ended up being TD bank but first answer was an auto response about call wait time being long then asking me to press 1 to speak with someone. Then it said wait time 0 min. She asked for my account number i didn't have it. She asked for my phone number then my name and address. I said i wasnt sure about this call and uncomfortable giving my information. She abruptly and rude said someone will call you and hung up. I thought that was so unprofessional. If it was the bank, they need better customer service.
