Called about Macy's credit card... (Debt collector) reported by


Macy's calling about credit card account... did not give them information... told them Debt Relief was handling my account and they would have to talk with them. (They used to call 6 to 8 times a day.) Then hung up on them. Since Jan 16th, all harassing phone calls have stopped.

It's is a scam call pretending to be UPS saying I send a unlawful package to china and will arrest me. (which I didn't send) They got your personal information and speaks fluent mandarin. Don't fall for it.

They call and saying that I owe money on a Macy's American Express account that I do not have. They transfer me to their "fraud" department and they're asking about my personal information. I hang up and they call back 3-5 times a day since 6 months ago. I contact all credit bureaus to report.

Yep. They call ten times a day, but I blocked them so the phone doesn’t even ring. Don’t have a Macy or Bloomingdales card.
