Calls repeatedly asking for my personal information, and when I ask why they need it they simply say “to confirm your ID”. When I ask why they are caling they state they beed my information first and that they will not provide me with any information of who or why they are calling until I give them my details.

Called claiming on behalf of target (after asking what the call was for) would not tell me anything else without verifying my address which I refuse to do without more information. Kept saying "I cannot share that information with you until you confirm your addresss"
