Aidvantage (company that took over Navient's loans) (Financial services) reported by


Robocall addressing me by name and saying they had "important information about my student loans" included a call back number (same as incoming number) and call center hours. Not sure why they called. Student loans are going back into repayment until August.

I answered the call and thre were a few seconds of silence then they hung up. Called back and it's the student loans thing. They have called with at least 5 different numbers, and at least 20 times within the past week

Navient student loan debt collectors who call all day, everyday. Block one number? They have others they'll use to harass you eventually. Machine leaves constant voicemails, so there isn't even a real person to talk to when you do answer on occasion. Awful people, serious harassment, block their numbers and refuse to speak to these terrible people until they conduct themselves professionally.
