Bank of America, (bofa.com), I filled out an online form for a Bank of America mastercard and I missed a call from this number. They did not leave a message, but I called them back and after verifying my identity, they confirmed with me the information they already had.

I received a call from this number the day after I applied for a credit card with Bank of America. When I tried to call the phone number they gave me, (877) 361-3664, I got an automated message from my wireless carrier saying that the number was not in service. For a minute I thought it might be a legitimate voicemail, but after hearing that the number they asked me to call is no longer in service, it had to be a scam.

I requested a credit line increase, when they called my phone flagged it as spam, but I answered just in case... and the caller knew my name and the financial information that I used to apply for (I didn't provide information, just confirmed theirs) and approved my request. So it seems legit.

Representative had correct reference number relating to credit card application reference number online. Official email received from B of A at the same time saying credit card application approved.

December 28, 2021 I called B of A Credit Card Services; their underwriting dept did call me from this number earlier today pertaining to my request to transfer credit limit between cards. August 24, 2020 12:23 pm might have been B of A credit card services per other reviews. Two other reviews say legitimate call from B of A; numerous reviews say scam call pretending to be from B of A.

Claimed he was calling from Bank of America regarding a application I applied. Unfortunately I have a month with a case of fraud and didn't trust giving my information to him. He provided another # and Ref # to call back and speak to someone else. What I did is call to Bank of America but on the phone # they have on the website and just as I thought it was a scam they didn't show anything on file of calls or credit card applications.

Had issue with my BoA credit card and I escalated the issue to their manager level. I was called to discuss the issue that I spoke to the CSR of BoA before. They left me a voice mail with a reference number, I called back, and talked to a CSR who pulled my BoA records using the reference number. It was a legit call to me.

We had requested a credit line on a credit card and they were just calling to confirm. I wouldn't validate my information (last four of social and DOB) so they provided me with a reference number. I called back into Bank Of America, gave them the reference number, and, indeed, it was a valid call.
