I kept getting VMs from this number about student loan forgiveness . I don't have any student loans. I called back and got a "this call may be recorded" 3 times then the line cut out. I called back and couldn't understand the man who answered. He asked for my first name and I gave it. He then started saying he had some questions about my loans. I said I didn't have any loans and they keep calling me and they need to stop calling me. He said he'd take me off the list and sounded a bit scared. We shall see what happens.

Received a call something about student loan forgiveness. I didn't pick up and they left me a Voicemail. The VM Asked me to call 760-892-6686. So I did, 10 times or so. Each time telling them I have no student loans but my commute home was 1 hrs long and I just wanted to chat with them. After the 10th call, it won't connect me. I think they blocked my number. Let's see if they call back again. MUHAHAHAHHAHAH

After College Benefits Board (Scam call) reported by


Received a call from this number wanting me to enroll in a program for student loan forgiveness. My phone didn't ring nor did my call list show a missed call - a voicemail just appeared on my phone. The woman stated the program was only good until 7/30/17. She left her name as Casey Shepherd at 760-892-6686. I googled this number and several people listed it as a scam and the same type of information on student loan forgiveness. I did not try to call the number back.

The number called me and a human (male) answered. Asked if I had a loan and I persist to ask where did you get tye number. I called back at least 10 times each time the person used more and more profanity because I was calling them isnt that funny especially being that they are harrassing people. Anyways I decided to waist a couple of my minutes and call back constantly and each time the guy just was like your stupid and called ma a dummy and would always hang up by 27 seconds.

I am being called daily from this place--the phone rings once as UNKNOWN and they hang up and it leaves you a message with an actual number attached: 1-800-704-0012 and 1-213-915-8460. I called back to get my name removed and they just hang up on me. I continued to call and call and each time they hang up on me. Someone needs to shut these places down. I finally got the same guy a few times (heavy accent) and he told me I was wasting his time...unbelievable.

I clicked on the wrong info before, indicating that I answered the call but didn't speak with a human. I did not answer it, it went to vm where a neutral-accented female recorded message said to call 760-892-6686 about my student loans - to lock me in a loan forgiveness program before it goes away. and "Thank you and have a blessed day." I'm in the process of getting my student loans forgiven and I'm on the Do Not Call Registry. I called the number on the caller ID back and spoke with someone with a male with a heavy accent. I kept him going for a while and then he realized I was wasting his time and he hung up on me. I tried to call back the number left on the vm but after a robo voice told me they were connecting my call, another robo voice said it was unable to connect my call and hung up.
