no one answers I have been trying to cancel since day one called checkmate spoke to a Megan first time don't remember who I spoke to the second time I called they said I would not be charged but almost every day I get a Facebook notice from them asking me to open my report I have not opened it. today the message said I had been arrested which is not true how do I report this to Facebook to stop it.

they go and look up old court records......then they want to charge you to have them removed......if you have done nothing wrong......nothing to worry about.......they want to charge you to have your court case removed.....but court cases are public records....so wether you did something wrong or not.....do not waste your money.

I don't usually rate things, however I feel the need to let people know that I tried this system for a dollar 79 and went in and requested one report. When I was asked what my email was I put it in correctly and was told that email was already in use so I contacted customer service and was told that I was only getting a phone number lookup which I never put in for the person I was checking for a dollar 79 and the report background check would cost me $25 and up so I cancelled and when I checked my bank card $26.99 was deducted for a report I never received and that is the truth so truth finder didn't exactly help me find the truth what it did help me with education that they deduct my bank card before I could even cancel and I have nothing to show for it
