About a month ago, I called what I thought was the Mac Support Team. I even have a case number. I was assisted for an hour without the hacker being removed, or the MacBook Air being cleaned. I was referred to this number and to await his call at a set time the next day. I was on the phone with this man approximately two hours during which time he had remote access to my MacBook Air. The hacker was removed (my ex-husband) and my Mac operated well. Perhaps he assisted me in order to obtain personal information on my MacBook. It has since been hacked again and I finally called the phone numbers that I previously used. The Mac Support guy told me they did not have tech support to assist with a problem like mine. He recommended that I take my MacBook to the Apple Store which I will do tomorrow. If they cannot assist me, they supposedly can refer me to a reliable computer repair company/individual. I will be checking all my accounts for unauthorized usage by either my ex or this "tech support" person.

Answered the first time and robo message said my Apple ID has compromised and do not try to access it from any of my devices. I hung up, they called back I did not answer My Call Protect app said is was a Scam Call so I have blocked the number after reading all the notes on this page.
