The person had a Latino last name and sound like an Indian person. He wanted me to get an encryption card from target because he said my iPhone was being breached. He was willing to wait for me to drive to the nearest store to buy my card. I panicked and hung up.

The gentleman wanted me to go to my browser and enter helpme.net/apple.com I advised him that no one in their right mind would allow a stranger to access their computer and not know who they were. I asked for his number he gave me 1-800 692-77xx, I told him I would call him back after I verified. He called me twice.

Negative! It’s a robocall pretending to be Apple customer service. Apple will never call you to report that your account has suspicious activity. Also, when I answered and pressed 1 to asked to be removed from the database, the * proceeded to tell me he was going to make my number one of his favorites and call me 10 times a day, and then he said he was going to come to my house *. So definitely not Apple customer care.
