This is Apple's phone number but it is being "spoofed" by scammers. Same thing they do with domestic phone numbers. Spoke with Apple's customer service when I called it back to clarify.

Its their number, yes, but it is being spoofed. For one, they should already have the info they are trying to obtain. Don't fall for this.
