"Peter" used 205-650-8965 spoofed number to call me about my "business loan" line of credit and the $275,000.00 he has pre approved for me. Rang once, he left VM immediately. This is the fourth call with same message from varying spoofed AL numbers. I just block them as they come in. My business has not applied for any loans.

I got the same song and dance, however, it was "Peter" instead of "Daniel". During the call I could tell he was getting other calls back as there were dead spots like someone calling in. It also had a short ring that tipped me off to let it go to voice mail.

Call from Daniel who wanted to make me think itvwas urgent I return call before they close my loan pre-approval for good...I've applied for no biz loan nor want one. No legitimate company is showing up when searched just many many people who have a message from Daniel who gets around quite a lot considering there's no other person being named when reported except him. Calls in from a local or in state area code for mine it was 757 so beware of this scam and report it to the FCC & CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY so hopefully we can get some real protection from the already existing laws on the books which these identity thrives are skirting each time they call us.

A Daniel called and stated my BUSINESS LOAN was APPROVED and there was a deadline for my $250K for my business loan – I don’t know a Daniel (he also did not give a company name), I would never apply for a loan, yet alone a $250.0000! I refuse to answer any phone calls (we have a business) but you cannot trust calls coming in (even locally due to the manipulation of phone numbers appearing to be someone you may know. Which is why I COMPLETELY DEPEND on VOICE mail and if someone happens to leave a number, I do a THROUGH search to verify it is legit. These SCAMS ARE FROM SCUMS. Nuff said.
