I called Consumer Cellular number twice the previous day for support after experiencing problems with my phone. They resolved the issue. I forgot that I called them twice! I was checking to see who it might be before I remembered making the calls. This is definitely Consumer Cellular Support and not a telemarketer or some devious scheme. I got the number while logged into my account.

BEWARE this type of call!!! I received same message from "Mark", asking me to call them back at 8006864460. Red flag number one: At NO time did he ever identify himself as Consumer Cellular. Red flag number two: did not say what company I was supposed to be calling back. Red flag number three: never said WHY I was supposed to call back. Red flag number four: I then called my listed Consumer Cellular service who said they had no idea who or why I was called. All my credit cards and billing info were fine, no problem. Worst part of this is that a large number of Consumer Cellular customers are elderly and therefore targets for criminals. It's incredibly easy to spoof a company's customer service number and divert your call somewhere else. How many red flags do you need to see?
