Called, recording from west Penn power, LiHeap division, with website info for PA (www.compass.pa.gov) Called back,gave me info about the WARM program and Low income energy assistance grants. They called me last year around this time too. Thought it was a scam, so I rated this as neutral.

They have called me 23 times in a week, so I answered...some guy from India stating he was from my electric company & I said "wtf do you want?" He proceeded to go into a speal abt saving me money...yayaya...I called WPP & they are not into soliciting and it was a spoofed #.
