I believe this particular call was a scam but read further. I believe they were pretending to be bge to try and verify my information they had. I have never had a bge bill in my name. they spoofed their caller to match bge. DO NOT ANSWER OR ENGAGE WITH THIS PERSON. If you are concerned...hangup and dial the bge number from your bill.
