I somehow missed a payment and this was a reminder. Why it is a robocaller (blocked by Nomorobo which is why I couldn't answer) and a little strange, it was a legitimate call.

Recorded message asked for me by name. They said they were from BILL ME LATER which is a company that paypal owned a changed to paypal credit over 10 years ago. So BILL ME LATER as a company is no longer in business. So these calls are probably a scam to try and fish info out of you.
