Collection office for Wells Fargo. They talk the talk, but don't walk the talk. Have always been pleasant on the phone. And they say they will help in various ways, but I don't trust them. Case in point. I was always getting offers to refinance, but when I called to apply, they turned me down and told me to call back in a year.
