This number calls me every day on my work phone. It calls either at 2pm or 3pm central time. I just started working in the office and it has no reason to contact me. Every time I pick up the call it is just static and it hangs itself up after 30 seconds. I tried to call it back and an recording states. It states that it calling in regards to my credit card ending in ... Then asks if that is correct. If you select no it will ask you to type in your actual credit card number. This number is definitely a scam.

I believe this is a call center for the board of education regarding student loans. The call starts in a middle of a script and end before the script finishes. Calls sometimes reaches 6 times or more a day between 7am-9:30pm
