Bought a 2020 Dodge 2 weeks ago, got a SCAM letter with phone number 800-674-2904 telling me my warranty has expired and its my last chance so call by 12/26/19. WRONG! I have a full vehicle warranty for 7 years.

Fenix Protect does not make any out bound calls. I also think people on this board are just lumping the company in with all the other companies out there. Fenix Protect is not a scam

I received 2 letter. One normal envelope. The other bright orange and red! I called to humor myself but no answer from a human. I recently purchased a vehicle. But I have a dealer warranty and coverage for most anything already. I say SCAM! So... Scram!

Everything is the same although my letter has the expiration is 12.14.2018 and the barcodes and other links have been taken out - the fine print now says: Fenix Protect is an independent, nationwide company, marketing vehicle service contracts on behalf of leading 3rd party administrators. Programs available may vary depending on vehicle use, mileage, state and pre-existing conditions. Fenix Protect is located at 15510 Wright Brothers Dr., Addison, TX 75001 is not affiliated with any auto dealer or Manufacturer. All claims must be preauthorized before repairs are made.

I got the same letter (Dec 12, 2019). My car is about 2 months old and I got the extended 7 year warranty. Mine also has the fine print at the bottom that Bernie wrote. I did not fall for this, but I wonder how many other people did. This kind of BS should be illegal... obvious scare tactics.
