I didn't answer, but according to the call time & the fact that you can't call them back I know it's a scammer. It must be that 0% CC offer & they ask for your SS# & full CC# too. If you don't men start talking dirty!

18 PAGES of complaints on another site! (Scam call) reported by


Caller ID said "ROBOCALL" so I didn't answer. No message was left on the machine. I then looked it up online and this was one of the hits Google gave me. 800notes.com had 18 PAGES of complaints -- dating back a DECADE! -- about this number. A lot of the reports said it was a credit card scam.

Heatland Services -- Said they could lower my CC rate (Financial services) reported by


Someone in a foreign dialect, probably India. Said they could lower my CC rate. Wouldn't let me talk when I asked the name of their company. Finally got them to say "Heartland Services". I hung up after that.
