It is legit i contacted bcu directly and they verified fraudulent activity and sent out new card 2 days.

This number is an automated call regarding suspicious charges on a debit card. Since I was traveling out of state, this call makes sense. The number is legit.

I did not call this number back, instead I called BCU directly to verify the number. BCU said that this number is not associated with any part of their organization. Checked my account through the person I was talking to and there wasn't any notes from the fraud department and my account is fine. DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK THIS NUMBER!

This is the Baxter Credit Union automated number. You probably will notice you get the call after using your Baxter Card. Number is legit

I was called by this number and I also called BCU's main number instead. What I learned is that customer service does not know all the company phone numbers and does not have access to the fraud department's info - So they can't tell you much. But they can transfer you to the fraud department where you would have found out it was a legitimate number that connects you to BCU's fraud dept.

Bank verifying a suspicious debit card charge (Company) reported by mom2jel
800-665-1995 was from our credit union (BCU) calling to verify a suspicious charge made from our debit card. They then had us call the phone number on the back of our card about the fraudulent charge.

I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand, I am not the only one searching for this number as can be seen from different pages... Does anyone know who might be calling?
