I guess it's excellus? I answered and they hung up as soon as I answered and the person sitting right next to me got the same call 1 minute before. Seems kind of strange but apparently the phone number is legitimate. I don't know.

They keep calling my house pretending to be an insurance company. They kept calling me even after i hung up on them. They left robot messages for me to call back and requesting my children's health information. stay away. I actually called back and a woman answered and asked for all my personal information, which i declined. I told her to stop calling me because i knew it was a scam.

This is the legitimate Blue Cross Blue Shield phone number.. it's printed on the back of your insurance card. I called them myself on a personal issue and they said there would be a performance survey. This number called back. I took the survey which asked for no private or sensitive information.

Third scam call I've received on my cell phone now in the past 2 days. Other numbers these thieves recently used to unwanted call and harass me are: (844)438-6301 & (877)280-4541. Beware! They're passing themselves off as Blue Cross/Blue Shield update survey or some b.s. like that. They are really just trying to steal your personal information! DO NOT talk to them! If you do answer, just hang up so you don't fall victim. They've even had the balls to leave a message twice, telling me to call them! Like I'm that stupid? LOL
